NodeTemplateDictionary Property

Gets or sets a DataTemplateDictionary that determines the appearance of Nodes that are not Groups.

Syntax

Property Value

The default value is null, but the default style for Diagram will set this to a shared DataTemplateDictionary with reasonable (but minimal) data templates for all predefined categories.

Remarks

This is used by AddNodeForData.

The dictionary is keyed by the node's Category. The value of NodeTemplate takes precedence over any entry in this dictionary with the key an empty string, "", which is the default category. If NodeTemplate is null, you should be sure to have a data template in this dictionary for the default category, "". One way of doing that is by setting the Default property.
